Return & Exchange Policy
At Brandi's Pup Shop, we strive to provide you with quality products and excellent service. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase. Furthermore, please size your pet before ordering to help avoid exchanges.
Returns
We do not accept returns. Only exchanges will be accepted.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items. If you received a product and would like to exchange it for a different size please contact us within 30 days of delivery at brandispupshop@gmail.com
Conditions for Exchange
- Item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Clearance, and personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange.
- The cost of shipping the new/exchanged product to the customer will be covered by Brandi's Pup Shop.
How to Initiate an Exchange
1.) Contact us at brandispupshop@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. Please additionally let us know the product you'd like to exchange with.
2.) We will provide instructions and a return address.
3.) Once we receive the item (in original condition), we will ship out the replacement at no additional cost.
